It’s almost May! I always love the color that sparks up here and there indicating there is “life after winter”…trees budding, grass growing, flowers blooming…sort of like what it is like after chemo – it’s seems like it’s never going to end and eventually, you get the sprout of new hair – winter is over, time to smile, breathe in all that is good again. And even though it is annoying to cut the grass sometimes…thick, curly, GRAY (most annoying!) hair grows… it is a reminder that winter is over. One of my favorite stories on gray hair, Sandy prayed that her hair would grow back any color but white – so God answered her prayer – He grew it back gray…well you said anything but “white”! God is such a funny guy sometimes…
Ok, here’s what shaken… mark your calendars NOW :)

You must take care of yourself…like the airlines tell you – put the mask over your face to breath first then you can assist others…make sure YOU take the time to plan to come to these opportunities listed. While it is important to be care givers, we must care for ourselves too. It concerns me that women with cancer are being treated yet at the same time managing a household and working.
See you soon??!!
